RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase of our lighting products and we apologize if it happens that you are not, then we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.

At Don Lighting, your satisfaction is our #1 priority so you will never find it a difficult process to arrange for your product returns or replacements. It must be said though that our products are top quality and we are proud to bring them into your homes. You are able to return or get a replacement for purchased products within 7 days of receiving your product. After the 7 day point, we will NOT accept any product returns.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

  • Notify our customer service of your intent to return the product
  • You must have your order number in order to arrange for a return or replacement
  • All products that are being returned should be packaged inside their original packaging materials and shipping boxes.
  • All products that were bought on sales or clearance cannot be returned or replaced.
  • We are unable to accept returns or replacements on already installed products that have cut wires or loose parts.
  • Any products that are clearly stated as being non-returnable on the product details page cannot be returned or replaced
  • Similarly, we also don’t accept returns or replacements of damaged items or products with missing parts. If the product was already damaged or missing parts when you purchased it then we sincerely apologize for our error and will accept its return for either a refund or replacement.
  • Your credit refund will only be processed once the returned product has been received and duly inspected

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the receiving date for Spanish, and 14 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made online by contacting us at help@donlighting.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS BY PHONE

2.1 You will need to provide the original order number together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) after evaluation by our warehouse associates that it is valid.

2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash.

2.4 There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage of a product.

3.4 Don Lighting makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description for a particular purpose

3.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Spain.

3.6 All decisions made by DonLighting.com is final

4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In case of returns, the customer pays for all return shipping charges.  Additionally, any shipping charges paid at the time of original purchase, are not included in the product refund. Please ensure that your return product is tracked through your postal service as we cannot provide you with mailing updates until the product actually arrives at our facilities. Furthermore, please ensure proper packing of your product return so that no damage ensues during transit to our facilities. We will not process refunds on products that are received in damaged conditions. Once your product is received in the correct condition, we will issue your refund for the cost of original purchase.

Please note that Don Lighting will not be held responsible for or required to reimburse any costs of labor, missed deadlines or project delays that occur as a result of your product returns.
