The Lamuda Suspension Lamp by Massmi, designed by Ximo Roca, is a sound-absorbing lighting, created by using sustainable materials. It helps to solve the uncomfortable problem of environmental noise. The Ximo Roca studio gives us the keys for its design: We realised that in spaces especially crowded, as restaurants or offices, we could find bustle, and it could be annoying for habitual or sporadic users of this environment. We planned to create something new: a lighting fixture with a dual function, to illuminate and simultaneously absorb sound, making conversations easier.

It features an integrated LED module with a power rating of 48 LEDs, 19 W, 800mA, 24 W, providing a warm light at 3000 K and 4000 K and a luminous flux of 1500 lm, along with an ON/OFF control for convenient light adjustment. It operates on 220-240 V at 50/60 Hz, is rated IP20, and classified as Class I for safety purposes, in each case becoming the protagonist of the scene.

The light is complemented by a circular lamp shade, which diffuses the light evenly to create a warm and inviting ambience.
